I even stepped out briefly for lunch before returning to finalize everything. Ted, Mike, Mike and “The guy behind the glass” made it happen. My young family loves the car and I’ve received many compliments from my neighbors and coworkers. The service center is awesome and so was the sales team, I will continue to be a patron at this dealership and will recommend to family and friends. More

I visited the dealership on 4/19/24 to see about buying a used 2020 Honda Odyssey. I'm glad I did because all those reviews were correct in saying how wonderful he was to work with. At no point did I feel pressured or overwhelmed. He was patient, kind, and knowledgeable. There was no tedious back and forth haggling, we got straight to the out the door price and worked from there. I also had the pleasure of working with Mike Campbell in finance who was also very kind and helped me get out of there quickly. After the vehicle was purchased, while I was with Mike in finance, JP even went ahead and installed my ezpass and my car seats into the new car. Such a laid back and gentle car buying experience, would recommend this dealership to anyone. Thank you again Lester Glenn Honda! More

Purchased another honda from Lester Glenn (Wall NJ) about 2 weeks ago. Another great experience. Our salesman Alex was knowledgeable and easy to work with. He even hung around Friday night until my daughter 2 weeks ago. Another great experience. Our salesman Alex was knowledgeable and easy to work with. He even hung around Friday night until my daughter got home from work so she could check out the vehicle. Alex had the car cleaned for us Saturday morning and had the paper work ready to go when we showed up around 11 a.m. and my daughter drove the car home about an hour later with a smile on her face. Forced me into getting new licenses plates, telling me there was no way I could keep them even though I’ve had no issues transferring my plates in the past. I spent weeks without plates because of delays there was no way I could keep them even though I’ve had no issues transferring my plates in the past. I spent weeks without plates because of delays and my plates being stolen in the mail which would have never been an issue when I told the salesperson AND finance manager that they gave me no good reason why I couldn’t keep my plates. Plus they gave me a car with no gas, didn’t vacuum it out or anything. Traveled 2 hours for that specific vehicle, but Lester Gleen gives Jersey car dealerships an absolutely atrocious reputation. Maybe I didn’t look rich enough to be purchasing a vehicle from them. They’re super concerned about your experience, the president sends you a letter and even asks you to email him if you have any concerns before submitting your survey. Did he bother to respond? Of course not! More
