Forced me into getting new licenses plates, telling me there was no way I could keep them even though I’ve had no issues transferring my plates in the past. I spent weeks without plates because of delays and my plates being stolen in the mail which would have never been an issue when I told the salesperson AND finance manager that they gave me no good reason why I couldn’t keep my plates. Plus they gave me a car with no gas, didn’t vacuum it out or anything. Traveled 2 hours for that specific vehicle, but Lester Gleen gives Jersey car dealerships an absolutely atrocious reputation. Maybe I didn’t look rich enough to be purchasing a vehicle from them. They’re super concerned about your experience, the president sends you a letter and even asks you to email him if you have any concerns before submitting your survey. Did he bother to respond? Of course not! More
