Today, my wife and I traveled 70 miles each way from North Jersey for her to take delivery of her new, 2021 Honda CRV EX-L. This was our first experience at Coast, We live within 10 minutes of another Honda dealer(from whom we have purchased four other Hondas) and within 30 minutes of 5 other Honda dealers. We found Coast to be refreshingly "old school". Our salesman, Gary L., was punctual, informative and super honest. No B.S., no run around. In case you're wondering, we did our due diligence with the others and each and everyone of them played games- big time ! And to make the deal even sweeter, I did a few preliminaries over the phone with Gary L. When we got there, he thoroughly went over the vehicle with my wife, we signed some finance papers and done ! All within an hour and 10 minutes. Look, we're both seniors and this wasn't our first rodeo. Usually, I have my guard up; prepared for salesman as a shield against the fast hustle. Not needed ! We're extremely happy over this seamless transaction and recommend Coast Honda with five stars. And please ask for Gary L. He's a swell guy. More

We bought a 2021 Odessy and enjoyed experience. Our salesman Ted Perez listened to our needs and showed us what he had in stock. When he could not find it, he searched and found it. We also received great information from the business manager Mike, who advised us of the advantages of an extended service contract at a reasonable price Overall, it is comforting to know that Dennis DeFeo is involved in the dealership and shares his views on how to treat customers with his employees.
