Mike took his time with us and helped us so much. We shared the options that we really wanted and the ones that we didn't. Mike's suggestions were huge for us. We hadn't considered the one level below the car we were looking at. Mike helped us to save $3000 by choosing the same car one level down. We were still able to get the most important features we wanted in our vehicle,not to mention some very stylish options which make our new mini van feel even more exciting. There were many times through this process that he made suggestions that at first I didn't think I would agree with, but after thinking it through, it made a lot of sense. Needless to say we both drove away with brand new CR-V's and we could not be happier. Mike made it happen, he told us when he first met us that he was there to make the deal happen and he did exactly what he said he would do. He spent the time with us until we were comfortable with the payments, even after we added in the extras that we wanted. He made purchasing 2 cars a pleasant event.
