I own two Porsches and had one prior to that--i will certainly never do business with Porsche Ontario ever again, and the salespeople, such as Johvan, have put such a terrible taste in my mouth that I likely will never purchase a Porsche product again. I will be getting rid of the two I have, without hesitation, promptly.

I’m very sorry to read that this was your experience with us. Although I can understand how it can be frustrating to deal with financing challenges, I don’t think it’s fair to take those frustrations out on us (there has been no elder abuse and to suggest so is absurd). This would be the 3rd Porsche you have purchased from us and you likely keep coming back because the service is outstanding. I’m sorry that the financing challenges this time have been too much to overcome; we really tried all we could to help you get this Porsche. Hopefully on reflection you can understand that as a dealership we have no control over an individual’s financial situation or a bank’s guidelines. We do appreciate you as a customer and hope that your opinion of us changes in the future.
