I had a serious problem with brake lines and also a lift gate (hatch). Very pleased with service from Mike and although it took a few days the technician made sure the wheelchair van was ready for the road gate (hatch). Bought the new Highlander at Venus Toyota as their price was much better and the wait for a new one was shorter. I was disappointed with the sales department.
