The brake system is a closed system, no chance of water getting into it as the service rep suggested, just a boon-dogle to make more money

Your service policy regarding brake system flushing is a boon-doogle for you to make more money. Your service rep informed me that the flush is required because of water build up in the braking system. The brake system had better be a closed system with both water or air not getting in it, other wise you are killing are putting your buyers at risk. I've owned cars with over hundreds of thousands of mile on them not requiring brake system flushes unless there was a brake cylinder/caliper/master cylinder/brake line failure.

I have never had a bad or even a mediocre service experience from Michael' It has always been outstanding. The previous service person was Tom who was transferred to the Buick Gettle and he assured me Michael would be be a great service man. He was correct.
