Dissatisfied Some of this review was my own fault because I expected to great a level of service for an older Mercedes that you would have with a newer one. When I Some of this review was my own fault because I expected to great a level of service for an older Mercedes that you would have with a newer one. When I first had the car the drivers side paint on the lock butter became worn and when I brought the car in the technician said look the paint came off you are out of warranty but I just put a new button on and we won’t charge you anything for it. So the finish was worn again on an eight year old car. I came in and said put e a new button not expecting it to be free and willing to pay until I was told the button was over 300 dollars. Once that happened then there were several other things that definitely needed replacing and the tota bill was 5,000 dollars for the estimate. I said button it up and I will take it somewhere else, not that the service department was wrong on the other charges but 300 dollars for a button did not make one ounce of common sense ergo your credibility was shot. More

Need offers for services I've been coming to the dealer ship for everything I have on my car ( small and big fixing ) I haven't change even my oil outside the dealership! But I would like to see some offers from them sometimes. I always work with Brent, he is great guy, and the mechanical guys are awesome. The place overall has a nice environment, and would like to come every time if I need something from them. Frank Charles Is also great guy, he has been help me a lot with loaner cars.
