Excellent I have been with this dealer for more than 14 years now. Lot of positive changes have been made for me to give an excellent review. This time I came in for my windshield replacement. I love their new texting communication. Anyway, Michael was superb in communicating back to me and updating me. When I was coming to pick my car back up, I was trying to allocate time to get a new pike pass. To my surprise , they had managed to preserve my old one and re-install it on my new one. This was not done 3 years ago. I really appreciated it. Sometimes small things like this goes a long way. Similarly, my radar detector was also re-installed. Both of these things didn't happen 2-3 years when I. came in for the same thing. So a very happy customer and highly appreciate it. More

You've moved too far away. I bought a new Cadillac XT5 the Monday after my Safety Recall Service (and another repair that had been done 3 times before...). Service took 2 days I bought a new Cadillac XT5 the Monday after my Safety Recall Service (and another repair that had been done 3 times before...). Service took 2 days to complete. No car provided but 2 very nice drivers took me home & picked me up the next day. You have moved your dealership too far north to keep my business. It's a shame Mercedes has no regard for people who live in south OKC or Norman. AND...every time I've had my car in your shop it either costs me $1,200.00 OR you try to sell me $1,200.00 worth of tires. That does get old...the up-sale. Bob Moore Cadillac has always treated me like I was special ... since my first Cadillac in 1973. More

They go out of their way to help you. I can’t say that my problem was corrected with the adaptive cruise control but they tried. They worked on it 4 different times and kept it for more t I can’t say that my problem was corrected with the adaptive cruise control but they tried. They worked on it 4 different times and kept it for more than 3 days twice but the cruise goes off for no reason. It can be turned back on after going 4-5 miles. It is very sporadic. I don’t know if anyone called MB factory. More

Expensive but they treat one right. Still having trouble with cruise control. It goes off for no apparent reason. But the dealership tries to fix it and still takes good care of me. Never found the problem I took my car in to figure out why it was rough idling. It was there for about 3 weeks and I never could get an answer. They told me it was something I took my car in to figure out why it was rough idling. It was there for about 3 weeks and I never could get an answer. They told me it was something with the exhaust system and would probably end up costing more than the car is worth to fix and they couldn’t guarantee that was exactly the problem. So I took it home and sold for really cheap, taking a huge loss on it, the guy who bought it from me changed the O2 censor and now it runs perfect so I just sold a good car for nothing. More

My first visit to a Mercedes Dealership The initial visit was to replace the Tamara airbag on the drivers side. That repair was completed in a timely manner and one would assume it will work The initial visit was to replace the Tamara airbag on the drivers side. That repair was completed in a timely manner and one would assume it will work properly if I am involved in a collision. Then I decided to replace a seatbelt that would not retract. That was completed to my satisfaction. I asked them to check my brakes and rotors ro determine if they were causing the car to vibrate when braking. They checked and said the rotors and brake pads were good! Then they suggested that they replace them( even though they said they were not faulty. I asked if that would have a warranty? I was told NO! So Mercedes wants to replace something that is not broken according to the repair person but if that doesn't fix the problem there would be no warranty! This is not good business as far as I am concerned. This leads me to believe I will not own another Mercedes vehicle. you couldn't find the problem but you want to TEST a possible fix at my expense! I don't think that is a reputable way to conduct business and get return customers. Do you? More
