Honestly, he was so easy going and made life a lot easier without adding on stress. He didn’t pressure me into my contact and that’s what I was most concerned about. I didn’t want some sleezy salesman and I have been a sales woman before - so I get it. I just needed to be given options and a soft touch. Buyer Beware!! Recently left a deposit on a 2018 Outback. Usually lease, but decided to buy this time. Thought we had an "out the door" price. Wrong! They wanted to charge large fees for dealer prep, DMV, last month lease payment on current vehicle and 1.9% rather than 0.9% loan fee. Deceptive practice as far as I'm concerned. Be careful. Will contact Subaru America Corporate also. More
