Also important was the help of service manager Andrew to ensure customer satisfaction the week after the car purchase to help with a performance concern of the brake pulsating down mountain roads that I drive every weekend to ski which was not detectable on city roads. The Bay Ridge Subaru service manager and his team accommodated me with scheduling a prompt service visit. During the service visit the service team performed diagnostics and resolved, with braking pulsating during mountain driving now gone and braking smooth like my past 2006 Tribeca that was also purchased as new in 2005 at Bay Ridge Subaru.
