Purchase of 2012 Tribeca -with also follow-up service visit I recently purchased a used 2012 Subaru Tribeca from Bay Ridge Subaru. Sales and management were a pleasure to work with. Also important was the help of service manager Andrew to ensure customer satisfaction the week after the car purchase to help with a performance concern of the brake pulsating down mountain roads that I drive every weekend to ski which was not detectable on city roads. The Bay Ridge Subaru service manager and his team accommodated me with scheduling a prompt service visit. During the service visit the service team performed diagnostics and resolved, with braking pulsating during mountain driving now gone and braking smooth like my past 2006 Tribeca that was also purchased as new in 2005 at Bay Ridge Subaru. My experiences at Bay Ridge Subaru for the past 14 years have always been very positive, and this dealer truly has been there for me during the test of time. Thanks Bay Ridge Subaru and team. More

Excellant Service I live in Staten Island NY and I go to BayRidge Subaru in Brooklyn for service and any issues with my vehicle. This visit was for the state inspection I live in Staten Island NY and I go to BayRidge Subaru in Brooklyn for service and any issues with my vehicle. This visit was for the state inspection on my vehicle. Pam was my service advisor. She was very friendly and addressed my displeasure with the backup camera in the vehicle. As a result the dealership is replacing the camera. I have also dealt with Marc D with positive results. Every person that works at BayRidge Subaru is very friendly and a pleasure to work with.
