AJ suited me perfectly...low key and a good listener...well informed across the board. This is my first ever new new car and I'm 67 yrs old...so quite a thrill to upgrade from off-lease used. The zero percent financing is what helped. Test drive was easy...to familiarize myself with all the additions to the Forester since my 2004. Fourteen years on the road and still going...but time for something current to take me on a few long trips in the near future. And I love that back-up camera! The whole dealership was easy and on task. A busy place with very good people in all the departments. Allow some time for the whole process to complete including financing. I took a break for lunch, but I drove away with the car the same day! How common is that? My feeling is Premier dealerships are in for the long haul. They sell, support, service, help and then, hopefully, sell you another car some day? In New England, you can't beat the Subaru AWD. I'll be back at age 82 for my next one. Relax. Ask for AJ. I currently am a college student and they both looked at the best options/packages and it turned out I was better off buying new than used due to end of month/end of year deals! My Dad has had horror stories at other dealers on the same strip and he was more than happy with the clarity, transparency, and all fees that were being applied. I definitely recommend!!! The sales manager who closed the deal was wonderful too. Before I selected my car, I did internet research on the Subaru and for me it was a synchronizing experience with the car I chose. This is because I had been researching all the dealerships in the tri-state area and found a few on the internet I was interested in, the particular car I did select was the same one i kept going back to. When I was testing the car I was shocked to find that it was the same car I looked at many times over a 2 month period--that's when I knew that it was the one. Sherry the Finance Manager was friendly,warm, knew her business and positive. Was good to work with and got me to relax. I hope this good service continues and if the brand lives up to its name, (my first foreign car before), and the dealership, then in the immortal words of Arnold Schwarzenegger "I'll be back"! The "finance agent" i delt with was unprofessional and rude, I was paying in full too upfront. My tire pressure was way off and I had to come back and wait for nearly 2 hours just for them to check the pressure in the tires, the car has the albitly to tell you this on its own. There doesn't seem to be much communication between levels of mangement. I wish I knew how scumy it was before bought from you, honestly would of preferred gone to a different dealership and paid more but I love the car. It's great and everyone there during the purchase was nice. I would recommend them but any extended maintenance or warranty or anything isn't worth it. More

I live in New York and didn't want to make a 2 hour trip to be low balled on my trade in and discover hidden fees in my bill of sale. I originally spoke to Michael in the internet sales dept. He immediately understood my concerns and gave me straightforward pricing and answered all my questions in a timely manner. He put me in touch with Rich and Joe in finance. Joe helped us with the financing on the phone and finalized everything the next day. As soon as we got to the dealership everyone introduced themselves and worked as a team to make our buying experience superb. Carlos went over all the ins and outs our new Crosstrek had to offer and was super patient. I would highly recommend this dealership and make the 2 hour drive to purchase my next Subaru. More
