They told us they knew we were Consumer Reports customers and that they would honor the Consumer Reports buying service pricing. My 2012 VW Passat TDI SEL was bought back, because of the diesel emission scandal, so I decided to g I have been a VW customer for more than 20 years. My 2012 VW Passat TDI SEL was bought back, because of the diesel emission scandal, so I decided to go with an AWD, a Subaru. I wanted a wagon and the 2017 Subaru Outback 2.5i Limited was calling my name. Luckily for me, Premier Watertown is close to home, so I began my conversations with Mike Colagiovanni through e-mails. What a great guy, who answered my e-mails promptly and answered all of my questions – I had plenty. I scheduled an appointment to come into the dealership and was introduced to Ed Estrada, salesman. Ed took good care of me and took my boyfriend and me for a test drive. As soon as I sat in the Outback, I knew this would be my next car. Ed was great, explaining all the features to me. The car I wanted was not on the lot, so they had to search for it, but I had time. They had the exact car I wanted within a week and it even had a remote starter. SOLD! I dropped off my Passat yesterday and picked up my Subaru Outback afterward. I am not sure how long a delivery should take, but I was there for more than two hours, not because I had to wait, but because PREMIER SUBARU took such good care of me. Eric and Carlos went over the whole car with me, and Sherry Antoni made sure that my financing was just right! The best part . . . it started to snow when I had to leave in my new car. I got to drive my new Subaru home in the snow. BEST RIDE EVER!!!! Thank you, Premier Subaru. I am happy to be in your Subaru Family. I'm looking forward to the many years ahead. More
