From the moment we walked into the lot we were meet by one of the most knowledgeable salespeople I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. There was not a single question he didn't have an informative answer for! He worked very hard to I to get me to the best deal possible. The sales manager worked very hard to explain all the options available and was so helpful in obtaining the best payment we could afford! All communications by phone or email were prompt, and Michael worked around our schedule for us to travel from out of town to test drive the car. We were very pleased and decided to purchase. Having dealt with the old back & forth with previous car purchases, I sat back and was ready to do this again. To my great pleasure, Michael came into the cubicle, sat down, and presented their offer. The VW was already priced below the average market value, and they then offered a very attractive trade in value for the Jeep. The offer was so good, I simply sat back, thanked them for being so fair, and accepted their offer as presented. In and out, very smooth and pleasant process. Everyone was extremely friendly and willing to do whatever we needed while at the dealership. I have already shared my pleasant experience with friends and family. I will certainly purchase from this dealership again. More

Great Experience ! This was my first purchase from Paramount and it was an excellent one. Michael Connell was very professional and great to deal with. I live six hours This was my first purchase from Paramount and it was an excellent one. Michael Connell was very professional and great to deal with. I live six hours away so we worked out all of the details over the phone and all I had to do was approve the car when I got there. I approved it and the transaction was complete within one hour of the time I arrived there. Michael had done all of the preliminary work so the paperwork went very smoothly and quickly. I would highly recommend Paramount and Michael to anyone in the market for a car. More

This was my first purchase involving Michael Connell and hopefully when I purchase my next car he will still be there. He spent 7 hours with me to assure that I got the Car I needed. Michael showed great patience as he looked at hundreds of listings in North Carolina and the Southeast (I must be a difficult customer to please) before finding a car in Georgia.
