WONDERFUL PROCESS! WE WERE NOT INTENDING TO PURCHASE A VEHICLE - JUST LOOKING. WE HAVE BOUGHT FROM PARAMOUNT FORD HYUNDAI IN THE PAST AND WANTED TO START THERE. WITH TAL WE WERE NOT INTENDING TO PURCHASE A VEHICLE - JUST LOOKING. WE HAVE BOUGHT FROM PARAMOUNT FORD HYUNDAI IN THE PAST AND WANTED TO START THERE. Fast & Organized Service We were amazed how organized Michael Connell was. As soon as we arrived at the dealership, Michael had the vehicle pulled up and ready for us to test We were amazed how organized Michael Connell was. As soon as we arrived at the dealership, Michael had the vehicle pulled up and ready for us to test drive and look over. Upon our decision to purchase, all of the documents were ready to sign and the deal was done. This is the very first dealership I've ever dealt with, when I walk into the dealership to inquire about a vehicle to making a deal to signing all the documents to driving off of the lot, was all completed within 30 minutes. We drove to Paramount Ford from out of State to purchase our vehicle. Paramount gave us the best price, out of many other dealerships we inquired about. The only gripe we have, is when we inquired about the absolute best interest rate they could give us, we were quoted a number; however, once we were ready to make the deal, and we mentioned that our personal bank approved us for a lesser interest rate, it was amazing how Paramount suddenly, was able to offer us a much lesser interest rate. Why not, give us the truth at the beginning to avoid all the games. Other than this gripe, we are very pleased with our purchase. Very efficient - stress free experience I found a used truck I was interested in online and sent an email one evening to schedule a test drive. The next morning Michael contacted me and set I found a used truck I was interested in online and sent an email one evening to schedule a test drive. The next morning Michael contacted me and set up a time to have the truck ready. I showed up on time and Michael was ready to assist me in evaluating the truck. The entire process of the test drive, answering my questions, and then being more than willing to give me time to make my decision actually helped speed up my decision making process. The entire sales team was very professional and I will be back in the future to conduct further business. Great experience. More
