But this time I did not have to stress, Paramount Ford offerred me the figure I was thinking of for my vehicle and discounted their Truck another one thousand dollars without me even asking. The price was very fair and I ended up with a very nice Truck (F350). I would recommend this dealership to friends and family, as well as, have no problem returning in the future for another possible deal. Mike Connell was knowledgeable about the vehicle and pleasant to work with, his no pressure attitude made the whole experience worth driving two hours to look at the truck. I was lied to at this dealership. They lied about my credit score, because they wanted us to trade in our other car to get a better rate. When I bought my first car here 3 weeks after the papers were si credit score, because they wanted us to trade in our other car to get a better rate. After researching further this time searching for a new car I decided to do research on picking a car dealer. Also my first car purchased did not have a used car service done. The truck was extremely low on oil, the motor was knocking. They tried to make it right with 3 free oil changes, I should have gotten a warranty but they said they don't do that! Will never return! THis is the third vehicle I have bought from this dealership. THey have changed their name since the first one I bought in 1999, but the same great service has been provided for each transaction. I have dealt with Michael Connell for the last two purchases I've made. He has gone above and beyond what one would expect from a salesperson. I run a small home daycare and run 1st and 2nd shift. My time is valuable and I'm not always available to come in to the dealership. When that happens he was always available to come to me. After dealing with him the first time 6 years ago I've told several people how he brought me the car, financed the car and even stood outside with my daycare kids while they played so I could review and sign the contract. He also brought the tag over on his day off and put it on the vehicle for me. So when I had to start looking for another Expedition for my business He was the 1st person I called. THis time was just as painless as before and my husband was even involved in this trade and he was pleased as well. More

They tried to give me every thing that i needed in a new car, and they came through for me. They explained everything i needed to know about the carsince, i was not familiar with all of the options.I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a car,new or used. I came in contact,at other places, with a lot of pushy,not very nice salespeople and the folks at Paramount were none of these. It made the purchase very non-stressable. More
