Michael C was very helpful. He was off that day when we pick up license plate. So we had different staff. Michael C mentioned about helping us out on how to install cellphone holder that comes with car purchase so we asked this staff but he didn't know how to put the cellphone holder. Told us he doesn't have no idea how and thought I would know. That was why I asked help in the first place because I don't know. He could have ask other staff member at least if he didn't know. More
