I didn't like that the flaws of the vehicle I purchased weren't pointed out to me, i.e.the cigarette burn hole in the back seat and the small dents on the passenger side, but the customer service was great weren't pointed out to me, i.e.the cigarette burn hole in the back seat and the small dents on the passenger side, but the customer service was great and when I brought the car back in to get a few things looked at, they did so no questions asked and threw in a free carwash to boot. I'll be going back to Bellingham Nissan for my next vehicle. More

Michael Curtis, who navigated us through the process of purchasing our new Leaf, was absolutely amazing! Right from the beginning he listened to us, and heard what we were looking for. Even though there w purchasing our new Leaf, was absolutely amazing! Right from the beginning he listened to us, and heard what we were looking for. Even though there wasn't a Leaf available at the time, he stayed in contact with us through text, and when one was available he let us know and we were in right away. He was extremely knowledgeable, beyond our expectations, super friendly, totally chill and put no pressure on us to buy. He went above and beyond when he saw that our young son was devastated that we would be trading in our old car to which he had strong attachments to. Michael pulled some strings and made it possible for our family to have a proper 'goodbye' with our old car. We couldn't be happier with our Leaf and will likely always think of what a great experience Michael created for us! He's a gem! More
