Bought a Toyota rav 4 about 3 months ago. Was promised some paperwork in the mail. After trying to get the paperwork from Michael Daniels (sales guy) and having no luck. I finally got ahold of Sam… I still don’t have it. This is the 3rd car I’ve bought from Andy Mohr. There were idiot lights on and I asked if they would be checked out and fixed. I was told they checked them out and everything is fixed. This was not true! The next day when I went to start the car…the same light that was reset at Andy Mohr was back on. I had it scanned and found out that a TPMS sensor was bad. They rest the alarm so the light went out . When I informed Michael and Sam I was told that they had no “fix order”. Of course you don’t have a fix order…it was reset so I wouldn’t know until I got home. That’s pretty shady. My wife bought a new jeep from Champion before Andy Mohr bought it and we’ve had no problem. I had no problem the other 2 times from other Andy Mohr dealerships… this one Andy Mohr CDJR is very dishonest and will definitely take advantage of you. I’m still waiting on the paperwork. Go somewhere else. CDJR ruined my experience and I will never go to this or another Andy Mohr. They do not deserve the star…I can’t give them 0. More

I want to expose this employee’s sales tactics. When you’re buying a car, he uses a piece of paper as an example. He tears it in half and says, “At other dealerships, if the car breaks down, it’s j When you’re buying a car, he uses a piece of paper as an example. He tears it in half and says, “At other dealerships, if the car breaks down, it’s just like this torn piece of paper—it’s your responsibility. But at our dealership, we take full responsibility.” However, after purchasing a car from him, he uses the same trick to humiliate you. Additionally, this person is extremely rude. During conversations, he repeatedly told me to shut up. His attitude before and after the purchase is completely different. If you’re looking to buy a car and encounter this man using the torn paper example, please stay away immediately. You’ll only be asking for trouble. So if you know anything about hellcats they come with one black key fob and 2, yes 2 red ones! The day I bought the hellcat I was told oh we dont have the red key fobs ... WTH ? Where did they go ? So I call and get all kinds of stories about where they are, now they have to be ordered and wont be in for 2 weeks ? Tried to tell me I am getting one red one I said 'oh no that is not gonna work!' So they back down and I am now getting 2 in 2 days! Now I am pissed off and they cant get me in anytime soon to program them! A very expensive car and now that I am out the door they dont want to help me! BUNCH OF BULLCRAP!!! More

We have dealt with many salesmen and dealerships over the last 20 years and have never had the treatment as we did today by Michael at Andy Mohr. Michael was the most friendly guy did not pressure at all and made sure we got the best deal. We will definitely be going back for our next purchase! More

Salesman sold me a protection package, saying certain things were covered. Yet,Service tells a different story, acting as if filling out a claim was a big deal. Drove 3 hours to look at a vehicle. Alena told me it would be ready and to talk to Mario. She set an appt for 7:15 pm. I messaged her at 545 pm to just say I was on my way and would be Alena told me it would be ready and to talk to Mario. She set an appt for 7:15 pm. I messaged her at 545 pm to just say I was on my way and would be there at 7:05. I got there and asked for Mario, wasn't there. So I went with Michael to look for the pacifica. After a short stroll we found it... in the service bay. This is when Michael informed me that I could not drive it. I was told it's policy that if it's in the service bay it cannot be moved. So we go inside and Michael talks to his manager and comes back and says he's sorry but it cannot be driven. So I set an appt, verified, and drove three hours each way to not be able to drive a car. The manager never even took the time to come over and apologize in any way. Michael was sent to do his dirty work, and even called me the next day to apologize again and let me know the van was out of service. The whole experience was terrible aside from Michael. This dealership has 0 communication. And I even reached out to the general manager yesterday via email to which no response was granted. I will take my business other places but if you do go skip the bdc communication and just call and ask for Michael. He's clearly the only one who cares and takes pride in his work. More
