Ms. Patterson, I have reviewed your file and this is what I have found. All charges on your purchase order match up to the items that Richard Hoover signed for and agreed to purchase on the options menu you & he were presented which would put your monthly payment at $369. Additionally, there is a contract for each item you agreed to purchase which shows the agreed to purchase for price and they are all signed by Mr. Hoover who is the official buyer of record for the vehicle. In summary, yes you did agreed to a $231/Month payment on the sales floor, In finance you were presented options to add warranty and extended protection packages to the vehicle which would put your payment at $369./Month which is what your payment is. Again, this is what You agreed to and that Mr. Hoover signed for. There are signed agreements for everything you agreed to purchase which fully disclose the purchase prices on them. Ms. Patterson, I understand your frustration and no, I was not in the room so I can't know for sure what was said and how it occurred. The person you worked with is no longer employed here so I can only go by what you say. The agreements you signed are cancelable and can be canceled at anytime by Mr. Hoover however, cancelling them will not decrease your monthly payment as the refund will go to the bank and not directly to you. It will however decrease your payoff amount and shorten your loan. If you do decide to cancel these items, once they have been canceled you can then try to re-finance your lowered payoff amount which may help reduce your monthly payments, To cancel these items please email Cindy Collins at ccollins@championcjd.com.

I also just recently discovered the finance manager LIED right to our faces 2 or 3 times about the same thing "the warranty"! He expressed to me tjis warranty covers everything from scratches in the paint and windshild dings to tires and everything in between. I asked him FLAT OUT how much is this warranty and he replied $1989.00!!! I dont remember my exact words but i asked him something along the lines of that $1989.00 covers all that? He stated yes it did. And at that point i said to my father that it was a xxxx good deal for all of that to be covered for $1989.00! So we told him we wanted the warranty!!! Now in going thru the paperwork i see we were charged $3779.00 for all of that!!! A difference of $1790.00 extra he never told me about! He was also very rude until we told him we would take the warranty. Only because we were told it covered all of those issues mentioned above for $1989.00!!! I am very angry and am ready to go to consumer affaires, the BBB and any news channel that will listen!!! Its hard enough to go out and purchase a car because people lie about the car now were dealing with lying about the cost of a warranty!!! Car payments are a strain enough to make for 5 years now im paying $100 a month more than what i was told so that the finance manager could have a few more dollars on 1 paycheck!!! I am furious!!!

The name on the file is Richard Hoover. He is my father. The car was bought for me my name is Oressa Patterson. It was my truck we traded in and I picked out the car. We were there to get the car together but were told we would get a better rate without me on the loan so I am not listed as a buyer but i am the one paying for the car.

That isnt anything new! Our problem is YOUR finance manager flat out LIED and i'm sure continues to LIE! HE STATED THE WARRANTY WAS $1,989.00 FOR EVERYTHING FROM PAINT CHIPS TO WINDSHIELD AND TIRES! YOU WERE NOT THERE SO YOU DONT KNOW HOW IT WENT DOWN!!! THE MAN WAS BEING FLAT OUT RUDE TO MY FATHER WHEN I WALKED IN BECAUSE HE DIDNT WANT THE WARRANTY! BUT WHEN HE ANNOUNCED THE WARRANTY was ONLY $1,989.00 FOR ALL OF THOSE COVERED SERVICES WE TOOK IT!!! LIKE I SAID ITS HARD ENOUGH TO GO OUT AND PURCHASE A VEHICLE BECAUSE ITS HARD TO TRUST A CAR SALESMEN AND COMMITING TO A NEW PAYMENT IS DIFFICULT AND IF YOU DONT UNDERSTAND THAT THEN APPARENTLY YOU HAVE A PRIVILEGED LIFE AND DONT UNDERSTAND THESE KIND OF DIFFICULT DECISIONS THAT AVERAGE PEOPLE HAVE TO STRUGLE WITH!!! SO ITS LIKE I SAID IN THE FIRST PLACE I WE NOW HAVE A PAYMENT OF $369 FOR 5 YEARS! INSTEAD OF $236. SO A MONTHLY DIFFERENCE OF $133 MORE PER MONTH FOR 5 YEARS WE WILL PAY A TOTAL OF $ 7,980.00!!! JUST SO THE LOWLIFE THAT WORKS IN YOUR FINANCE DEPT. CAN TAKE HOME A ONE TIME PAYOUT OF A COUPLE HUNDRED EXTRA BUCKS ON ONE PAYCHECK! WOW THAT SOUNDS LIKE A REAL REPUTABLE PLACE! YOUR ALL THE SAME.......THEIVES! I DONT BLAME YOU FOR WANTING TO KEEP YOUR DIRTY LITTLE LOW LIFE PRACTICES PRIVATE. xxxx I WOULD TOO IF I WERE TREATING TRUSTING CUSTOMERS LIKE THAT. ALLOWING YOUR FINANCE MANAGER TO BE A BULLY AND A LIER IS UNETHICAL AND I WILL MAKE SURE THIS IS MADE PUBLIC! xxxx WHERE DO YOU FIND PEOPLE TO DO THAT JOB......BEING A BULLY AND A LIER?
