I felt Mike was honest and did not try to push a purchase on me. Mike is friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. His Manager Elliot Salow was very helpful while Mike was out running an errand. I do wish they would disclose the high percent fee they charge when paying with a debit/credit card prior to the transaction. The fee took me by surprise. More
