My experience over the last ten years I just purchased my fifth car from Garland Cadillac. I have dealt with Ata Barakat since 2010. He goes the extra mile for his customer and always gree I just purchased my fifth car from Garland Cadillac. I have dealt with Ata Barakat since 2010. He goes the extra mile for his customer and always greets us with a welcoming smile. I highly recommend him to anyone I know who is looking for a new car. From new car sales to customer service, service writers and body shop, the experience has always been excellent. More

A big thank you to Sonny and Cadillac dealership in Garland:) you all have been nothing but helpful since we first purchased our XT6 in December last year. I recently took my car in for an oil change and the service was quick considering it was Saturday. I was with my baby and they made sure that we all are safe and get out with our car perfectly serviced. If you want terrible service after your purchase. you have come to the right dealership. We purchased the service option with my new suv. The first oil change and fix of seat rattle took over 1 week af have come to the right dealership. We purchased the service option with my new suv. The first oil change and fix of seat rattle took over 1 week after repeated calls by me - no one called me. I just scheduled my 2nd appt. and was told no loaner vehicles and I am going to have to wait. The most important criteria to me is service after a purchase. Huge fail by Garland Cadillac. You need to take lessons from Carl Sewell. I will make sure to share this with all my friends, too. Will buy another Lexus or Mercedes next time. More

The absolute worst car buying experience. Found a vehicle on the Internet. Placed a deposit on it. I like out of state. The day I was flying into pickup the vehicle up. The GM (Jeff) calls me an hour before on the Internet. Placed a deposit on it. I like out of state. The day I was flying into pickup the vehicle up. The GM (Jeff) calls me an hour before my flight. He says the vehicle is not ready and doesn’t know when it will be. Flew in and had to wait the whole next day for the vehicle. The GM couldn’t keep track of his lies. More

Bought a car from John K. two weeks ago and he was so helpful, patient and knowledgeable. He even did a demo on how to use the Parking Assist.
