Gone down hill Looking to buy 2018 Toyota 4Runner TRD. Faulkner had the one I wanted and had been looking for, not a hard sale! Should have known better, when I con Looking to buy 2018 Toyota 4Runner TRD. Faulkner had the one I wanted and had been looking for, not a hard sale! Should have known better, when I contacted the dealership they sent me a price on a Tacoma not the 4RUNNER! Discussed upgrades I wanted, added to the vehicle ! After test drive parked next to my trade told salesman that I would want my wheels and tires off my trade. Swapping those for the ones already on 4RUNNER plus the original rims from the Tacoma Sport. Also swap out aluminum running boards for Predators. Asked for bull bar just like on Tacoma,salesman took pictures so he could order properly. upgraded the grill and mentioned vent visors ( we agree to differ here) he claims I didn’t! States he didn’t even know what they were until I emailed him a couple of times ( because of no response) when I noticed they were not listed on upgrade sheet.Basically it took 2 weeks to get Toyota upgrade parts! Bull bar also installed in that time frame minus fog lights on bar! When asked salesman said we’lL work on those two things, then said he would pay for visors out of his own pocket, and asked me if it would be alright if HE installed the visors and had the lights taken off my trade and installed on the 4RUNNER. Waited a few days then texted him Friday, Saturday and Monday without a response, he had gone fishing and had no reception to see if there was any update on the situation . Got bent out of shape for Me bothering him, because “He had bent” over backwards to help “ Pretty sure that’s the way it is suppose work! Mike Reached out by phone on Monday 8/13 at 1:39 PM at your direct number,no answer left message with my phone number. Tried again today Tuesday 8/14 at 12:33 Again no answer at your direct number, again left my return number August 18, 2018 Mike Reached out both on Monday and Tuesday leaving a contact number at your direct number still no reply We are now close to 6 weeks since purchase with no progress toward settling the dispute . I was charged for wheel locks that are not on or in the vehicle, please have them mailed to me ASAP. Thanks for all your help in this matter More
