This has been the 5th Toyota I have purchased and I would strongly recommend not only dealing with Faulkner but using Isaac as your salesperson. Not only was I given the best price the whole deal was put together signed the papers shown all the features in the truck in less than 45 minutes. What impressed me most when I was telling Isaac what I needed in the vehicle there was some Miscommunication as to what the vehicle had on it upon delivery and one of the options was missing he went to his Manager who had the package added at no additional charge to me. I will certainly only use Faulkner Toyota as my dealership my dealership moving forward. Thank you for such a wonderful experience More

All the employees that assisted were very knowledgeable of the process; especially Nick Visalli. While he's young, he knows the car business very well and I found it very easy to work with him. As for new car management, I was able to get my tC very quickly once I made a decision on what I wanted exactly. The car arrived within a day and that night I drove off the lot with it. Mike Villari and Dawn Markee made my lease signing simple and that's important because there are so many documents that need to be signed when doing any kind of purchase dealing with a car. They put me at ease and I walked out of the confident that I got the best deal I could have gotten. I recommend Faulkner Toyota/Scion for all Toyota/Scion brand purchases. More

Efficient, focus on buyer wishes. Marc was the only sales person that specifically asked what I wanted in a new car, all the other dealers I went to ( over 5 different dealers ) prese Marc was the only sales person that specifically asked what I wanted in a new car, all the other dealers I went to ( over 5 different dealers ) presented me with what they had on the lot for lease or buy. Marc and company found the car I wanted ( within budget ) within 3 days. Also the amount of time spent at Faulkner was less than other dealers. Very good experience. More

Of several dealerships, Faulkner Toyota is by far gave us excellent pricing and mos I reviewed the dealerships in NJ and PA for a 2015 Sienna AWD XLE. Of several dealerships, Faulkner Toyota is by far gave us excellent pricing and most important excellent customer service from beginning to end of sale. I am just amazed with their service and pricing - hands down. In the past, I bought two of my Toyota in NJ to support my community but this time it was sad that they cannot compete with Faulkner Toyota. Again Faulkner Toyota is in a league by themselves. If you want excellent price, excellent customer service, and no pressure, I highly recommend Faulkner Toyota. I informed all my church members of my buying experience. We end up buying a 2015 AWD, XLE with upgraded sound system and NAV, and Pearl white color at excellent price from Patty and Mike. These people are the go-to people. Mike is very prompt, articulate, and replies to emails quickly. Promptly replying is great these days because when I want something, I want it now. From start to finish, it took Mike and I about 30 emails to settle on the purchase of my new car. When I first contacted Mike I knew the kind of car I wanted and how much I wanted to spend. I knew how much my trade in was worth and I knew what I wanted for it. Mike gave me a fair deal and was upfront and honest with me. Mike reciprocated my lack of interest in the song and dance of buying a car. Mike displayed transparency that you don't find in many of the volume driven dealers nearby. I think what made my experience worthwhile with Mike is that I never once felt like I was being duped. At Conicelli and Peruzzi Toyota, you approach everything the salesmen say with so much skepticism because they only care about the sale, not about you. Mike took his time to accommodate my requests and meet my demands. When I arrived at the dealer, everything was ready for me. It took less than an hour to sign papers and drive away. 2015 Corolla S Plus CVT I haven't had a new car since 2004, so when I set out to look for a new car in 2015 I had to prepare myself for an entirely new car buying ballgame. The beginning of my research led me to Faulkner Toyota, being one of my top dealerships to explore (based on ratings and personal recommendations). Thanks to TrueCar (Allstate customers - I highly recommend using this free tool; the deskop and app experiences are both superb, you get real pricing info and incentives!), I was able to talk to my Rep (Mike DeGuida) in advance. Mike prepared all of the pricing and info for the vehicles I was interested in (down to the exact color specs) before I came into the dealership which was very helpful. I originally requested to see the 2015 Camry and Corolla, but found they weren't meeting my new car hopes and dreams. I simply told Mike in a few words what I wanted, and he asked me to hang on a minute while he showed me something he thought would be a match. AND IT WAS! I'm SO glad Mike took the time and attention to lead me to what I was looking for - The 2015 Corolla Sport Plus CVT. Mike and Jim worked diligently with me to get me to the right price and it was a deal and Dom did a great job of explaining the Warranty programs which were very affordable. Even after the deal was sealed AND it was over an hour past closing, Mike sat with me in my new car for about 20 minutes explaining all of my features and how everything synced/worked. I had pre-researched Honda, Mazda and Kia as well - they didn't hold a candle in build, style, resell value (and maintaining value), affordability and comfort. They also didn't hold a candle to the personal service I experienced with Mike. In fact, I've taken much time out of my own schedule since 3/28/15 to inform several dealerships/managers/reps to inform them I've already purchased a vehicle and I'm STILL getting emails/calls from Sales Reps I've asked to stop contacting me. My Corolla drives amazingly smooth and is very handsome/sporty! He's got a gorgeous, sleek interior, a very intelligent user experience and stellar infotainment. I cannot say ENOUGH good things about my experience with Faulkner Toyota and Mike DeGuida. Mike's very down to earth, personable and genuinely concerned with the comfort level of his buyers vs. making a sale. And, he continues to be amazing, keeping in touch with me periodically to see how my new experience is going. I was a 14-year Honda gal; pretty sure I just because a permanent Team Toyota gal. More
