Patty was one of 2 that provided what I asked for and repeatedly answered all of my questions with a pleasant manner. She was willing to communicate via email and a few short phone calls. She was extremely responsive and thorough. She gladly worked within my crazy work schedule and provided me with all the information we needed to make a decision. When we picked up the car, Mike met us and took the time to make sure we were comfortable with all the features of the car and has followed up twice since our purchase to check in and make sure we don't have any questions. Extremely friendly, and super nice to work with. We had not bought a new car in 15 years and were skeptical going into the car buying process, but we were blown away by how seamless, friendly, and low pressure this experience has been. Our initial outreach covered a wide area in and around the Philadelphia metropolitan area. Safe yourself time and go see Faulkner first. It was by far the best car buying experience we have had. We came back to Faulkner, to have Mike help us for a second time because he wasn't pushy, over-bearing, nor did he call us many times to see if we had made up our mind yet, as some did from other car dealerships. He gave us all the necessary information, asked us if we had anything that we needed or wanted to know about the cars and the lease and got us the deals we were looking for. Awesome experience Firstly, being a young girl who is out alone to buy her first new car, I honestly was not taken very seriously at many dealerships, I was sure of buyi Firstly, being a young girl who is out alone to buy her first new car, I honestly was not taken very seriously at many dealerships, I was sure of buying a Toyota Corolla and was only looking for the best price. Once I got in touch with the Faulkner Toyota at Trevose, Kelly Pirrami from the internet sales made the whole process so so easy. She worked with me to get a good price on the car, I had to get my paperwork ready and took some 2-3 days buying the car, they didn't rush me up like other dealerships usually do . Once I bought the car, Kelly kept in touch with me and made sure I got all the information I needed (account no and other info related to my car). I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a Toyota, and if possible please directly contact Kelly Pirrami. She made this whole process very easy for me. I also liked the fact that in spite of his busy schedule , Mike DeGuida came with me for a test drive so i could get acquainted with the many features of my new car. I went to Faulkner and I met Mike who was very friendly, and patient. I came to him and I explained that I was Deaf and I required paper and pen to communicate. He immediately accommodated to my needs and asked what I was looking for. When I told him all of the details that I was looking for, he immediately knew exactly what to show me. The first and only vehicle he showed me, I fell in love and bought it. Mike was nothing but patient and kind. He was very patient when I was writing and continued to write back and forth. He did not show any frustration and/or hesitation. I was really pleased with his service and I would recommend him to ANYONE! More
