2015 Corolla S Plus CVT I haven't had a new car since 2004, so when I set out to look for a new car in 2015 I had to prepare myself for an entirely new car buying ballgame. T I haven't had a new car since 2004, so when I set out to look for a new car in 2015 I had to prepare myself for an entirely new car buying ballgame. The beginning of my research led me to Faulkner Toyota, being one of my top dealerships to explore (based on ratings and personal recommendations). Thanks to TrueCar (Allstate customers - I highly recommend using this free tool; the deskop and app experiences are both superb, you get real pricing info and incentives!), I was able to talk to my Rep (Mike DeGuida) in advance. Mike prepared all of the pricing and info for the vehicles I was interested in (down to the exact color specs) before I came into the dealership which was very helpful. I originally requested to see the 2015 Camry and Corolla, but found they weren't meeting my new car hopes and dreams. I simply told Mike in a few words what I wanted, and he asked me to hang on a minute while he showed me something he thought would be a match. AND IT WAS! I'm SO glad Mike took the time and attention to lead me to what I was looking for - The 2015 Corolla Sport Plus CVT. Mike and Jim worked diligently with me to get me to the right price and it was a deal and Dom did a great job of explaining the Warranty programs which were very affordable. Even after the deal was sealed AND it was over an hour past closing, Mike sat with me in my new car for about 20 minutes explaining all of my features and how everything synced/worked. I had pre-researched Honda, Mazda and Kia as well - they didn't hold a candle in build, style, resell value (and maintaining value), affordability and comfort. They also didn't hold a candle to the personal service I experienced with Mike. In fact, I've taken much time out of my own schedule since 3/28/15 to inform several dealerships/managers/reps to inform them I've already purchased a vehicle and I'm STILL getting emails/calls from Sales Reps I've asked to stop contacting me. My Corolla drives amazingly smooth and is very handsome/sporty! He's got a gorgeous, sleek interior, a very intelligent user experience and stellar infotainment. I cannot say ENOUGH good things about my experience with Faulkner Toyota and Mike DeGuida. Mike's very down to earth, personable and genuinely concerned with the comfort level of his buyers vs. making a sale. And, he continues to be amazing, keeping in touch with me periodically to see how my new experience is going. I was a 14-year Honda gal; pretty sure I just because a permanent Team Toyota gal. More

Patty was one of 2 that provided what I asked for and repeatedly answered all of my questions with a pleasant manner. She was willing to communicate via email and a few short phone calls. She was extremely responsive and thorough. She gladly worked within my crazy work schedule and provided me with all the information we needed to make a decision. When we picked up the car, Mike met us and took the time to make sure we were comfortable with all the features of the car and has followed up twice since our purchase to check in and make sure we don't have any questions. Extremely friendly, and super nice to work with. We had not bought a new car in 15 years and were skeptical going into the car buying process, but we were blown away by how seamless, friendly, and low pressure this experience has been. Our initial outreach covered a wide area in and around the Philadelphia metropolitan area. Safe yourself time and go see Faulkner first. It was by far the best car buying experience we have had. We came back to Faulkner, to have Mike help us for a second time because he wasn't pushy, over-bearing, nor did he call us many times to see if we had made up our mind yet, as some did from other car dealerships. He gave us all the necessary information, asked us if we had anything that we needed or wanted to know about the cars and the lease and got us the deals we were looking for. We would highly recommend this dealership and especially Mike DiGuida. More

Once I got in touch with the Faulkner Toyota at Trevose, Kelly Pirrami from the internet sales made the whole process so so easy. She worked with me to get a good price on the car, I had to get my paperwork ready and took some 2-3 days buying the car, they didn't rush me up like other dealerships usually do . Once I bought the car, Kelly kept in touch with me and made sure I got all the information I needed (account no and other info related to my car). I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a Toyota, and if possible please directly contact Kelly Pirrami. She made this whole process very easy for me. I also liked the fact that in spite of his busy schedule , Mike DeGuida came with me for a test drive so i could get acquainted with the many features of my new car. Overall , I am happy with Faulkner Toyota sales and now I am hoping the service team is just as good! and just a request, please get more people like Kelly Pirrami on board , kudos to her !! I went to Faulkner and I met Mike who was very friendly, and patient. I came to him and I explained that I was Deaf and I required paper and pen to communicate. He immediately accommodated to my needs and asked what I was looking for. When I told him all of the details that I was looking for, he immediately knew exactly what to show me. The first and only vehicle he showed me, I fell in love and bought it. Mike was nothing but patient and kind. He was very patient when I was writing and continued to write back and forth. He did not show any frustration and/or hesitation. I was really pleased with his service and I would recommend him to ANYONE! More
