Process was smooth and within about 4 hours I was driving away in my new car! Never imagined I’d own an orange car, how fun! Michael was the absolute best to end out my transaction!! Ben was the best car salesman my family has ever worked with! Ben went out of his way for us with our car insurance problem, that was unreal but he stayed the course and filled out an application for an e with! He gave me the best deal possible with financing and was fully transparent about the process and why the rates were what they were. Michael had a ton of energy at the end of the process and was able to get through the paperwork speedily without withholding important information. We were tired by that point so it was very welcome. Even though I was new to Connecticut and not in the DMV, they found a way for me to move forward and then personally screwed on my new plates the next week. If every car dealership were like this one, they wouldn't have such a bad rep! Fantastic experience through and through. More
