I did the new car transaction from 180 miles away in NJ and it was very simple and fully transparent from start to finish. He answered all my questions promptly and with the information I needed to make a leasing decision. I can also say the same for both Eric and Michael. They did a lot of behind the scenes work to get the deal details done to my satisfaction. The remote signing process with Michael was also very simple and quick. John had the car ready to go as promised on the day of scheduled delivery. He went over the features of the car and made sure to answer any questions I had. I also met the Todd (owner) of the dealership while I was there and let him know what a great team he had and how satisfied I was with the entire process. Whether you are an in-state or out of state customer, I would highly recommend Todd Nissan.
