They lost the power of attorney paperwork we filled out and needed to overnight them to keep the registration moving. Ultimately they lost track of the second set of temporary tags expiring and we received a $100 ticket for failure to display current tags. Danna told me that it was my responsibility to remind them that the tags they sent us were expiring within 5 days and then refused to pay the ticket. According to her, we discussed that I would need to notify them when the tags they issued me were expiring. In the mountains of paperwork, maybe that should have been included if “it was discussed”. My only recourse is to leave a bad review. After purchasing an $80,000 vehicle, I would think the dealership could own up to getting us our tags and paying any fines incurred for not keeping the temporary ones current. More

He is a true professional who listens, and prescribes the best course of action, based on his experience. After outlining my "must haves" and "nice-to-haves", Michael alerted me when the perfect car surfaced. I had my doubts initially, and quickly realized that all of my priorities were addressed in his selection. There was no pressure, and the value was more than fair. Michael has earned a longtime customer for BMW. More
