I never know what to purchase, if I will be happy with my purchase and overall the whole process just stresses me out. Jeff was AMAZING! He was not pushy what so ever, he answered every question I had (even the dumb ones), he worked well with my schedule and made sure my experience at Zimbrick was one I did not have to stress about. I went in looking at a specific vehicle I found on their website and after my test drive he showed me one he thought I might like better. I told him my must haves and with that, he was right! He talked over the differences with me and next thing I knew I was driving my new GMC. I wanted to trade in my vehicle and even that was easy. Mike gave me an extremely fair quote for a trade in price and Jeff from finance made it easy with the bank process. The whole trading and buying process was quick and easy. I could not be more pleased with my new vehicle. Thank you, Jeff and everyone else at Zimbrick East! More
