Good used car so far Bought a used Jeep Compass that had a few issues in suspension on the test drive. Jake admitted to the sway bars being bad ,and had them replaced. Aft Bought a used Jeep Compass that had a few issues in suspension on the test drive. Jake admitted to the sway bars being bad ,and had them replaced. After repairs me,and my wife heard clunking still,and alignment was off. I had a suspension/alignment check done at Fleet Farm,and they said rear control arms were bad,and alignment. I contacted Jake again who dint seem so willing toi help me out,but directed me to the used car sales manager Michael Glover who I emailed about the situation. Next day Mike called me,and admitted he sent a check for $300 for the repairs. Mike was very friendly guy. More
