I enjoyed the effort and Grant was great. But I give it a 3 because I bought the car and was told it needed work which is fine. But then they gave me 3 days where it “may be done”. I understand they’re at the mercy of a third part provider but they insight before hand would’ve been very nice. I shouldn’t have to call to be kept up to date on a car I just bought and haven’t gotten to take home. More
