Clean, courteous, very helpful. I arrived early in a Saturday morning for normal service on my vehicle. Everyone was great no issues but I had a couple of red flags that hit me duri I arrived early in a Saturday morning for normal service on my vehicle. Everyone was great no issues but I had a couple of red flags that hit me during my wait for my vehicle. It seems every time I visit for service there are new folks…which begs me to wonder why to turnover? Seems like new service and sales folks each time I visit. One other item, while waiting in the customer lounge, I watched several employees either check the trash can at the coffee station or try and dump items into it (which was full) and no one emptied it. As if to say “I acknowledge something is wrong but it’s not my job to fix it”. This included the sales manager…so it that attitude/work ethic exists with a garbage pale, how’s my deal or vehicle being taken care of? As a supervisor of supervisors I my day to day life I would have taken out myself and would follow-up with folks which failed to take care of something so obvious. Not in a harsh way but it’s everyone’s job to have a clean workplace as well as if you see something which should be done then do it…maybe this is part of the turnover issue? Is it a culture issue? Does the owner have the same attitude “not my job, I m paying someone to do that”? More
