Liked the dealership, very clean. Everyone was nice and friendly. Disappointed that the outside of my 2024 Bronco Sport did not get washed, although the inside was clean. I took it a couple of days later and paid to have it washed, not at a car wash. One of the first salesman did offer a couple of days later to take it thru a car wash, (after I mentioned it to him) but I have been told by two different detail men you shouldn't use that kind of car wash cause it leaves swirl marks. Love it otherwise !!! More

My first visit was great! Customer service was excellent, but unfortunately my check engine light came on the following week and they charged me ANOTHER $175 to run ANOTHER di Customer service was excellent, but unfortunately my check engine light came on the following week and they charged me ANOTHER $175 to run ANOTHER diagnostic test they had just ran the week before. I hoped after the almost $1400 I spent with them the week before for repairs, they would take accountability that they missed the new issue and not charge me the diagnostic fee. I might have been more inclined to complete the repairs for my new issue there. The next associate I dealt with was not very friendly and actually ignored my question asking why the new issue with my vehicle was not address the prior week when diagnostics were ran. I’ve lived in this community my whole life and will NOT suggest this service or dealership to anyone for even a simple oil change and certainly not for purchases of new vehicles. More
