Cassandra & Kate are super-friendly and mechanically knowledgeable advisors. Cassandra's excellent communication skills explained why it took longer than expected bc I added an alignment to the work ord knowledgeable advisors. While waiting out front in the showroom, Mike took time & patience to answer my questions and introduce me to Apple Car Play inside one of the showroom's CRV. Being very low-tech, I did not know that Honda cars have a wireless charging station in them, so Mike charged my iPhone while teaching me to the many tech and other features of the CRV. NICE! My husband and I wish that Honda yet offered the Fit Sport which gets 42 to 49 mpg for us! I was honored to get to meet Denise (owner of the dealership) and her sons, Matt and Nicholas! I read the waiting room's posted newspaper article about the history of Denise & the Burne family & how it treats its customers and employees like family. If ever one has any type of complaint, just share it with management and your issue will be resolved quickly and painlessly. As a female, I have no fear that I will be taken advantage of due to my lesser knowledge of the mechanics of car maintenance. My husband and I trust M. Burne Honda's Service Dept. which is why we drive 50+ miles from Great Bend to have our car serviced in Scranton instead of driving to to a N.Y. Honda dealership located just north of our home. Please keep your excellent service & positive vibes coming, Matt Burne Honda! They truly do make a difference in sales &maintenance + make your customers' lives less stressful in today's very complex world! Thank you for being who you are! Dave Campfield was the best! He sold us our Fit in 2009. And his look-alike, Tom R. (?), asked me about our Aussies, having remembered us from the Dave Campfield days.
