Excellent service from beginning to end. I live 4 hours away from the dealership and Michael was wonderful rescheduling my appointment when needed. He was polite, professional and helpful! Service Service Service No Excuses, No pretentiousness, I have another Scottsdale dealership that is less than 6 miles away, I drive to Earnhardt Lexus for a reason. Customer service is d pretentiousness, I have another Scottsdale dealership that is less than 6 miles away, I drive to Earnhardt Lexus for a reason. Customer service is derived from the overall experience. It starts from when you enter the building how you’re treated and the follow up it also matters who the dealership is associated with For outside vendors. In this case windshield replacement. They use the same vendor with the same quality for a long time. My model Lexus is not made anymore. F models are rare, Trust is Paramount. In my eyes, I am a loyal customer. Five stars five diamonds, no matter what I would give these guys a chance to earn your business they have mine. More

From our initial internet contact with Erica Minix, test drive with knowledgeable salesman Kay Hookana, paperwork completion with personable transaction coordinator Cleva Ault, and our final interaction with welcoming Mike Herrera in service, nothing but the highest degree of professionalism was exhibited. Having purchased many cars over the years, this really was one of the best dealership experiences we have encountered! Highly recommended! More

They went out their way to help me out was leaving for vacation and was leaving on Sunday morning and they had a person pick up my vehicle on Monday for service it needed. The Sales Team and Service Team were excellent - Angel, Tony and Doug - The only suggestion - not to the sales team but to the Finance Director is that when e- mails are sent to Customers - albeit form Tony and Doug - The only suggestion - not to the sales team but to the Finance Director is that when e- mails are sent to Customers - albeit former Toyota executives let alone traditional customers that proper writing ettiquette be followed as opposed to simply pressing a button with a pdf. Times certainly have changed and I can state emphatically that this is not the Toyota Way. If not for the sales team I would rate this a 2.5 star . By the way Jan is the epittome of what Lexus set out to do at its inception as well as Angel, Tony and Doug. More
