Pore communication worse personal experience when we arrived to pick up our new vehicle. Michael saw us and avoided meeting us and delivering the vehicle. I’m sure he has an excuse but frankly there is arrived to pick up our new vehicle. Michael saw us and avoided meeting us and delivering the vehicle. I’m sure he has an excuse but frankly there isn’t one. We could see him in the sales booth. The sales manager Josh Davis is extremely condescending. Has horrible customer communication skills. I have been in sales my whole life this experience could have been considerably better. I would not recommend your dealership or return to it. Not to mention we operate a fleet of vehicles with our 5 restaurants. More

Went to pick up my new Durango first thing in the morning. The vehicle was not ready for delivery. A trim panel was on the floor in the cargo area. The salesman sent the vehicle to the service dep morning. The vehicle was not ready for delivery. A trim panel was on the floor in the cargo area. The salesman sent the vehicle to the service dept to reinstall the trim panel. While it was back there they decided to do some other service while they had it. Estimated service time was 2 hours. Was told I could wait in the service dept lounge. I went to the service dept to find out what was going on and that I could not wait 2 hours and that I wanted my car. They said that stopping what they were doing may cause damage to the vehicle. Went back to the lounge and after stewing for a while I called the sales manager. In a couple of minutes the salesman brought me my vehicle. I told him I was ready to leave. I asked him about the wheel lock key and he said it was in the glovebox. After getting home I found out the wheel lock key was not in the glovebox. Why? It turns out that wheel locks were not installed on my vehicle. Also, the satellite radio was not operable. But the biggest thing that was wrong was the "adaptive cruise control" was missing. This is standard equipment on the Durango Citadel. How could it not be there? Still waiting to see how that issue is going to be resolved. Very unhappy. More
