Made new friends at Ganley Subaru Being skeptical after having bad experiences at Ganley dealerships, I was leery of visiting Ganley Subaru. After scheduling an appointment at Ganley Being skeptical after having bad experiences at Ganley dealerships, I was leery of visiting Ganley Subaru. After scheduling an appointment at Ganley Subaru and no one greeted me, I proceeded to walk the lot for 30 minutes and still no one greeted me. Ready to leave, Keith Rivers noticed me and graciously asked if I was looking for the restroom. I told him why I was there and he sincerely apologized and diligently worked to find the vehicle I was interested in. When he brought the vehicle for me to test drive, he proceeded to thoroughly go over the benefits and features of the vehicle that he knew my previous Subaru did not have. Keith did not pressure me at all on proceeding with my visit but empathically asked where I was in the buying process. I explained that I was price shopping and he graciously worked a deal that I couldn't say no to. Part of the negotiating I did was with Michael Imbrogno. I found him to be fair and friendly. Picking up my new Forester I worked with Sarah Klein. I told Sarah about my fear of Ganley dealerships and she expressed sincere apologies for the past experiences. To me it seemed as though she went above and beyond to make sure not to upset me in any way. I appreciate all the efforts these three made with me and made my car buying experience at Ganley Subaru an awesome one and will do again. More
