My initial appointment was made one week in advance but was moved to earlier time than I request and even though I received an email I did not confirm acceptance since I could not make that time. When I was moved to earlier time than I request and even though I received an email I did not confirm acceptance since I could not make that time. When I showed up at the original time, I was told I missed the appointment and had to schedule the following week. Someone should have called me to confirm the time. Overall it took 2 weeks to schedule a basis oil change and tire rotation. Service was quick and pleasant once serviced. But I feel they may be to busy to care about my time. May consider going to Walmart which would be faster. More

I should have paid $89 for a service fee so they could tell me my brakes had an issue and I needed to return to the place they were recently installed. Instead I was charged $697 for part I didn't need. T tell me my brakes had an issue and I needed to return to the place they were recently installed. Instead I was charged $697 for part I didn't need. They ended up fixing the (front brakes) free of charge but the rear brakes now make noise. Instead of doing right and fixing them all, I now have to go back to the installer and have them replaced. Just a terrible experience like normal despite new management, I guess it's just company policy to FIND something wrong with your $89 fee. I hate writing surveys like this because I understand the impact to people's bonuses and stuff but man it's just freaking terrible up there. What sucks the most is that I eventually want a Hyundai and this is the dealer in Stillwater, now I have to go to OKC. Really sucks. More
