Thank you Michael for checking my car in and keeping me updated as to my engine replacement. Michael was very responsive and helpful, answered questions whenever i had them. My car was in the shop for appr updated as to my engine replacement. Michael was very responsive and helpful, answered questions whenever i had them. My car was in the shop for approx. 3 weeks including the checkup to figure out why it would not run over 2k RPM, was informed that it was the spun bearing issue. Only downside is there were no courtesy vehicles available so i had to swap vehicles between loaners and a rental. Also missing oil filter cover as well as oil plug cover. Noticed a slight smell coming from the engine and determined that there was a very minor coolant leak, will be checking with the service dept to see if i can get these items resolved. mark s. More
