I felt uncomfortable and didn't want to be there any longer. your employee needs to treat your customers with respect and not rolling there eyes and getting rude with the customers.

I will be driving further to get better service from now on. The service department employee I spoke with was rude and disrespectful. His solution was to just bring the car in again. It is a 2.5 year old vehicle and it has had the service engine soon light on for 6 months, that is 20% of the time we have owned it. After 5 chances to make it right we will absolutely be going somewhere else. Barry Sanders Supercenter will not get to waste anymore of my time.
