The initial sales part was fine. Deal done with 3 provisions. All I wanted was an owners manual, a service history and a refund check for the inspection sticker.(which I found out la Deal done with 3 provisions. The salesman offered to deliver it to my house. I loved that! I would say that I reminded them 5 or 6 times of the 3 items. I was assured that the car would be serviced if not already done. After a missing e-mail, headlight replacement and scheduling issues, 10 days later the call came from the salesman that he would be on his way shortly. While still on the phone I told him not to show up without the 3 items discussed. Don't worry, I know was the response. When he got to my house he had the car and a safety guide.(not the owners manual). I blew my top and told him to take the car back. He looked at me with this dazed look and said he had no idea what I was talking about. The salesman called the finance manager, who proclaimed time issues. Not enough time to cut a check or get the service department to print out the history. You had 10 days! This was all discussed on day 1. Well I think I found out why they would not give me the service history. It is because they never serviced the vehicle as promised. The service writer told me that it looks like we owe you an oil change. 50 years of buying cars in Massachusetts, I have never been asked to pay for a sticker when buying,new or used. NEVER! One thing I know, is that Ralph and Mikey would make it right. More

I have been buying or leasing brand new vehicles for 46 years now. Buying my most recent brand new vehicle at Pride Chevrolet has been the best experience ever. Everyone that I interacted with from the salesperson to the sales manager, finance manager and general sales manger and everyone was extremely polite with unparalleled customer service skills. To put it simply Pride Chevrolet is the best that I have personally had the pleasure of doing business with. I will definitely refer anyone looking for a brand new Chevrolet or pre-owned vehicle to definitely shop Pride Chevrolet. I will tell them do your shopping every else first and then Pride Chevrolet will beat there deal and treat them the way they treated me with honor and respect.
