Mike Jackson has been a dedicated part of my parents buying experience. He displays patience, even when you do not, he answers all your questions thoroughly, and he has no problem with the indecisive, w buying experience. He talked us through the ups and downs or each. Vehicle we looked at, and never once pushed us towards something we didn't feel was right, regardless of the vehicles price. I will only buy my new Ford vehicles from Mike Jackson in the future. More

Great customer service, Mike was willing to listen to us and what we were looking for, he didn't try to push anything more on us. We had visited other Ford dealerships and were very fustrated and were cons and what we were looking for, he didn't try to push anything more on us. I was not attacked when I entered the lot. When I was ready to talk to a salesman one was sent to me. He was very knowledgable and answered all my questions without a lot of embellishment or extra verbag ready to talk to a salesman one was sent to me. Mike was very easy to work with and low pressure. He was able to identify an ideal car that fit my needs and desired specifications almost immediately on the lot. From that point, he really worked with me on the price to make the purchase feasible for my budget in a straightforward and direct manner (I had looked at other dealerships and no one seemed to be as willing to be flexible as Mike). Furthermore, he didn't rush me to make a decision on the spot. Mike was also very informative and knowledgeable about the product, was always willing to take my calls to field questions, and offered to personally oversee any future servicing needs I may have. I highly recommend Beechmont Ford (much more comprehensive selection of inventory than any of the other dealerships I had visited), particularly Mike Jackson as he was able to deliver exactly what I was looking for at a very fair price. He seems to really care about his customers and is willing to stand behind his sales. More
