Mike is all about satisfying his customer's needs... I only had to tell Mike what the parameters were that I was looking for, and Mike took it from there.... After a few questions of what we were looking for (Ford Edge)Mr. Jackson took us to the new car lot to show us what was on hand. Even though the weather wasn't the best he took his time to explan the model differences and let us look around. No pressure. After a selection and test drive we were taken to the show room where the real work began. The sales experence went smooth, I feel everyone came out happy.
