Thank you for sharing your feedback. We take concerns like this seriously and want to clarify a few points regarding your visit. As part of our service process, every vehicle receives a thorough multi-point inspection performed by a certified technician. The oil and filter were replaced as indicated on the repair order. Our inspection also included measuring the brake pad thickness, and at that time they were documented as measuring well above the manufacturer’s minimum standards, which is why replacement was not recommended. Additionally, the vehicle was test driven and inspected, and none of these other concerns were noted. We always aim to provide transparent and accurate information about the condition of every vehicle we service and sell.
