We have bought many cars over the years and this was the best experience we have ever had! My wife even grew up with a step father who owned a dealership - and she never looks forward to going to the dealer best experience we have ever had! Everyone we engaged with was upbeat and super friendly. Bill and Gretchen were also very helpful and made for a very smooth and pleasant experience. Cassidy pitched in when needed and he was great, too. The facility is brand new and beautiful and the service area is impressive. We had our other Subaru here for service and had a great experience with that as well. High fives for everyone! More

Easy to deal with, we worked everything out via phone and email, and when we went in to finalize everything it was as expected. The staff was friendly and professional. I recently purchased my second Subaru from Premier. Mike Kather was great, working with me around my extremely hectic schedule and yet he answered the phone every time I called or at the very least got Mike Kather was great, working with me around my extremely hectic schedule and yet he answered the phone every time I called or at the very least got back to me straight away. I am very grateful for the level of service and finding the exact vehicle I was looking for and for making the process as smooth as possible… TOP MARKS. Unfortunately, the finance department leave more to be desired. I was pitched a service plan that was explained to me as to covering ALL services for 125k miles, oil changes, tire rotations, etc, so long as I got the services done at the dealership. As someone who drives quite a bit for a commute, I of course agree… upon bringing my vehicle in for its first oil change, the service department explained that no such package exists and that what I paid $2865 for was a Warranty… why in the world I would agree to an “extended” warranty on a vehicle that already has a lifetime power train warranty, is absolutely beyond me. Point being, I was blatantly lied to. Shame on me for trusting the word of a company that I had been previously doing business with for the previous 6 years and not ensuring everything that was being said was written clearly in a contract. Don’t trust a word. More
