As I have always said regarding Hamilton Volkswagen; I know I have no worries about getting the best service when I bring my Jetta in for maintenance or any type of service that it requires. The service mechanics are well qualified to do any issues on my car when I bring it in for service. The sales people are the best. I enjoy seeing them when I do bring my car in for service. They are always interested how you are doing. To me,they are like family. All of the people that are working there are very competent in their jobs. I am happy to know the sales people and technicians,knowing that my car is getting the best of care. More

The service department is subpar. They charge an exuberant amount for labor but do half the work. I got a half a tuneup but paid for full service, at their recommendation. I have no faith in this dealership for service outside of an oil change. Sadly they are the closest one around. More
