I placed my trust in Landers to repair our 2015 Chrysler Town & County that had no prior issues. After the vehicle was in their care for over 2 weeks, the vehicle burst into flames. Not only was my vehicle Town & County that had no prior issues. After the vehicle was in their care for over 2 weeks, the vehicle burst into flames. Not only was my vehicle completely destroyed, but our home was also damaged in the fire. We lost many possessions as well as time and money. Additionally, my family was put into danger that could have resulted in our deaths. This was all made worse by the apathetic and condending attitude from representatives and leaders at Landers. The manager essentially blamed COVID-19 for the lack of concern they showed for our loss. More
