The lease buyout was a smooth process with the staff at Longo Toyota. I’ve had bad experiences with other Toyota dealerships in the past but the team at Longo were very transparent and very helpful as I wa Longo Toyota. I purchased a 4runner trd pro without mark ups!! That’s the biggest compliment i can give to a car dealership right now. They didnt try to take advantage/ rip off consumers which they can easily do so, sin the biggest compliment i can give to a car dealership right now. They didnt try to take advantage/ rip off consumers which they can easily do so, since thats what every car dealerships are doing right now - using the pandemic as an excuse (marking up to $15K on all trd pros) to rip off consumers. I’ve talked to all sales rep from San Diego to Colorado that sells trd pro and all of them wont even entertain me since im only offering to purchase at msrp. Smoothest, most honest, and straight forward transaction ive ever done in buying a car. Thanks to my salesperson, michael kim, who’s been straight forward since the beginning of my buying process. I highly recommend them to everyone i know who’s looking to buy toyota or lexus. My faith on humanity has been restored. More

Arina was able to answer all of my questions, go over the numerous perks and also add insight to a few of the downsides (mostly limited fueling stations) to owning this type of car. Michael Kim at Longo Toyota helped me in Georgia I was looking for a Prius prime, in Georgia. There was only one car in the entire metro Atlanta area. I found Longo Toyota through an app called roadster, promising a smooth and entirely online experience. Michael Kim was my salesman, and he was excellent from start to finish. We texted back-and-forth to arrange the deal, and then he helped with instructions for wiring money, fed ex ing paperwork, and arranging a fairly complex transaction with a minimum of fuss. I highly recommend him and Longo Toyota, for purchasing Prius prime vehicles in a different state. The car is now on the transporter, and within a week it will be in Georgia. He has my highest recommendation More
