Had a lot of trouble to start. I traded my truck in , did all the paperwork & bought an extended warranty. But never received the truck. They were supposed to get it from another d I traded my truck in , did all the paperwork & bought an extended warranty. But never received the truck. They were supposed to get it from another dealership, but that never happened. Then they couldn’t find another truck like I bought. So I had to switch from what I wanted & it ended up costing me another $5,000.00. It was 12-13 days later before I ended up getting my truck. I think they should have at the bare minimum pay for at least 1/2 the difference. I asked for black 20” rim swap out & they wouldn’t even do that. Highly disappointed in dealership! Then the vehicle that I did get has a rock chip in windshield & drivers side door handle scratched. They had to go to Kenner to get it & drove it back. Never mentioned either of these items. More
