We are very pleased with our experience at Treasure Coast Lexus. The pricing on our trade-in ES350 and purchase of a new NX were fair and putting the deal together was seamless. It was refreshing to feel like we joined a new Lexus family and relief to have an option to dealing with Lexus of Palm Beach with whom we have been buying new cars from since the mid ‘90s. Each member of our team was knowledgeable, respectful and truly professional. We look forward to a long relationship with Treasure Coast Lexus. Would be a 5 if it wasn’t for the way they treat your car when you bring it to them for any kind of service. 2nd time getting a brand new car from here and when I get it back after taking it for service they when you bring it to them for any kind of service. 2nd time getting a brand new car from here and when I get it back after taking it for service they damage something. Its disappointing when you pay for a service that is supposedly going to protect the interior and exterior of your car and the same people who you are paying for the service damage your car. I would say that I recommend Treasure Coast Lexus. My family has purchased at least 10 cars from this dealer. Just buy your car and do not have them do strike-force or whatever other service they offer, not even a car wash. They get your car in their hands and then give it back to you with some kind of damage every time. More
